      2. We’ll reach out – We arrange a free initial chat to understand their needs.

      3. They sign up – Once they come on board and settle their first invoice, we apply your £100 credit to your account.

What counts as a successful referral?

• • • A new client to Holland & Co (not already on our books or in discussion with us).

    • They engage us for paid services (e.g. accounts, tax, payroll, bookkeeping, advisory) and pay their first invoice.

    • The referral came from you (by email or phone) before they contacted us independently.

• • • £100 credit applied to your account or against your next invoice.

    • Prefer to donate it? We can make a £100 charity donation on your behalf—just tell us your chosen UK charity.

Who can you refer?

• • • Sole traders, partnerships, limited companies, landlords, contractors, start-ups, and established businesses across the North West and beyond.

    • You can refer as many people as you like.

Fair use and simple terms

    • If multiple people refer the same contact, the reward goes to the first referrer.

    • We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the scheme at any time (this won’t affect referrals already earned).

    • Please ensure you have your contact’s permission to share their details with us (GDPR).
