“There is increasing evidence that Employers have been illegally using the furlough scheme. Some have been accused of furloughing their staff and then asking them to continue to work. This is certainly against the rules.

The recent period has been a very difficult time for many businesses with many of them facing collapse. Even so they must abide by the rules.”
