A study made by Lloyds Bank shows that 46% of people suffering with stress and anxiety is triggered by issues related to personal finances.

Comparatively, prior to being asked, 74% of regular savers said they were happy over the month. More than half of those who come up with a savings plan explained how their mental health has been positively impacted on.
