£10,000 payment from some Councils have been made. 7th April 2020 Nigel Holland Some of the payment of Council grants have been made direct into Bank Accounts of Businesses. If you are a Business Owner and your Business has it’s name on the rates bill the Council should have written to you for your Bank Details.
