Tax saving

Substantial amounts of tax have been successfully saved by Holland & Co Chartered Accountants over the last couple of weeks on behalf of clients.

This has been achieved by Holland & Co corresponding with HMRC in connection with a series of grey areas on how financial statements can be submitted.

There are numerous ways of presenting financial statements to HMRC and whilst it is critical that these submissions are lawful, the interests of the taxpayer should be taken into consideration when figures are prepared.

Holland & Co can also obtain a DPA Subject Access Request (SAR) to obtain details of personal information, including financial details, about you held by HMRC. They must supply this within 40 days.
